Grand Oaks takes PKs over The Woodlands

Grand Oaks and The Woodlands went to a 2-2 tie in regulation and the Grizzlies took the extra point on penalty kicks Friday night in District 13-6A.

Ashlynn Sharp and Reese Rupe each had a goal and an assist in regulation for Grand Oaks (8-2-1, 2-0-1).

Courtney Koehler and Katherine Williams netted goals for The Woodlands (9-3-3, 2-0-1).

Sophia Dean made a big save on The Woodlands first shot during penalty kicks.

Grand Oaks hosts Willis Tuesday while The Woodlands hosts Conroe.
